We have over 60 years of experience in designing and manufacturing components and tools. In this time, we have built a reputation for excellent customer service, high quality products and on-time delivery. 

We have invested heavily in presses to manufacture components up to 150 tonnes, along with hydraulic presses for more complex, deep-drawn pressings. This enables our customers to single-source a variety of jobs in one place, conserving their time, money and resources, giving them the confidence in our ability to consistently produce high-quality components.

We typically work with a range of materials, depending on the application, from mild and stainless steels, copper, brass and aluminium. We can manufacture almost anything in all metals, from the simplest flat plate with a single hole up to very complex assemblies with many folds, bends and cutouts. We are flexible in our production, with no batch too small and no part too large for us to handle.

We can provide a wide range of additional in-house services, including MIG, TIG, projection and spot welding, brazing, soldering, riveting, drilling holes and tapping of threads, and adding weld nuts and fittings. All products can then be powder-coated or metal-finished to customers’ specifications. Our available finishes include:

• Zinc plating
• Sherardising
• Parkerising
• Phosphating
• Galvanising
• Heat treatment
• Chrome plating

In addition to presswork, we also undertake batch and prototype work, sub-assemblies and welding with tapping, riveting and powder-coating. We always hold a stock supply of our most popular standard components, working in conjunction with some of our bigger customers and maintaining agreed levels of stocks to enable a speedy resupply.
