The Citizen Cincom L220 CNC machine utilises a sliding head function with a fitted guide bush working on bar diameters up to 20mm. Low Frequency Vibration (LFV) chip breaking technology helps the machine run more efficiently by reducing down-time and increasing productivity by breaking the swarf produced to small chips preventing swarf related issues. Multiple tool postings hold for up to 13 live tools at once allowing for multiple features to be machined on a single component.
The IMECA Boss 338 HD bar feeder guarantees maximum reliability, setting market standard of quality in every working application. The feeder automatically loads and unloads bars into the machine allowing for continuous running including lights out running (overnight).
This state-of-the-art machinery works with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and nylon.
