Albert Jagger Engineering is proud to specialise in mechanical and sheet metal assemblies in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We can manufacture almost anything our customers require in all metals, from the simplest flat plate with a single hole to complex assemblies with various folds, bends and cut-outs. 

Due to our high investment in our workforce and equipment in our workshops, we are proud to supply our customers with a wide range of available assembly techniques. We offer product design and development services for both full sheet metal and fabrication products, as well as a one-stop-shop for production and specialist prototypes. Our services include laser cutting, CNC press bending and presswork, with all relevant tooling and fixtures made under one roof.

All sub-assembly work carried out by our expert teams is produced using in-house aluminium pressings, stainless steel pressings, mild steel pressings and high-quality outsourced parts. These are then assembled on site by our experienced teams.

We can provide full welding services in-house, including MIG, TIG and projection welding, as well as brazing and soldering. Other in-house services include brazing, riveting and drilling holes, tapping threads and adding weld nuts and various fittings.

As a total production company, we can provide powder coating and metal finishes according to customer specifications. Through our strictly vetted network of approved partners, we can offer an extensive range of metal finishes, including:
