Many of the pressed components required for the automotive industry are technically demanding and require a high level of skill to ensure the best standards of quality and performance are achieved. We are a first and second tier supplier of pressed components for the automotive industry, and also operate as a seller of automotive aftermarket components and accessories. 

We follow a strict set of planning and analysis procedures to guarantee that every project is delivered on time without compromising on the quality. The first step we take is an APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) of both the component itself and the planned manufacturing procedures. The next step consists of procuring the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation, which is required to continue with the process. The PPAP includes: A Process Flow Chart, Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Initial Sample Inspection Reports and Gauging Plans. We consistently review and improve our quality and planning procedures to ensure a quick turnaround that doesn’t detract from the quality of the end product.
